Answer = 9/16F

F=K Q2 /r2

If 25% of charge A is transferred to B.. Then

Qa = Q - Q/4 = 3Q/4

Qb= - Q+Q/4= - 3Q/4

F1 = kQaQb/r2

Put the value of Qa and Qb

F1 = 9 /16 kQ2 / r2

F1 =9/16 F
