The force exerted by the earth is 8N what is the force on earth by the ball

It will be 8 N too.Only the accelerations will be different.

It will be equal  to the force exerted on the ball by  earth according to newton's third law of motion, just because the difference in masses as earth is a way bigger object than the ball ,it does not accelerate towards ball but the ball falls because it is very small as compared to earth.
If earth and ball had same masses then both would be attracted towards each other and ultimately move towards each other.
