Yes I agree , with this sentence because the deamands of Muslims were conceded by the Brithish Government in 1909. Some seats in the councils were reserved for Musilmswho were to be elected by the Muslim voters.
THIS TEMPTED THE POLITICIANS TO GAIN PUBLIC SUPPORT BY DISTURBING FAVOURS TO THEIR OWN RELIGIOUS GROUPS.THIS SOMEWHERE FRUSTRATED THE HINDUS.....
