  • Market behaviour is not only the study of what people buy, but also when and under what circumstances the commodity is consumed.
  • According to Assael's model of buyer conduct, outlining customer buying behaviour states that many times consumers do not meet the criterion of high-involvement as the need is also dependent as per the products offered.
