His capital was based on the region of Karnataka.
He was one of the prominent king of ancient India and is still famous as the founder of the Rashtrakuta Empire.
He ruled from 735-736CE. He was succeeded by his uncle Krishna I.
It was Krishna I who then carried the glorious flag of the empire.
