let each part of the ratio be x

therefore each side be 2x , 3x , 5x , 8x

as we know the sum of all angles of a quadrilateral are 360

2x + 3x + 5x + 8x = 360

18x = 360

x = 20

2x = 40

3x = 60

5x = 100

8x = 160
