The freezing point of water is 0°C. Also, the melting point of ice is 0°C. So how can the freezing point and melting point both be the same? Because if the ice melts at 0°C, then that melted ice (water) will again convert to ice (as the temperature is 0°C) and this will go on. So can anybody give a reason for this?
