Given q = 0.2

(a) p = 0.8

(b) 2pq = 2(0.8)(0.2) = 0.32

 {(p \:  + \:  q)}^{2}  = 1

therefore,

p = 0.8

2 . 2pq = 2(0.8)(0.2) = 0.32
