The frequencies of the sound waves in water and air will be 20 kHz.

Explanation:

1. Frequency of sound depend upon source.

2. Frequency of sound do not depend upon medium in which it propagate.

3. It means when sound travels from one medium to another medium, its frequency do not change.

4. When sound travel from less dense medium to higher dense medium, there are  increase in speed of sound and decrease in wavelength of sound. But its frequency do not change.

5.  When sound travel from higher dense medium to less dense medium, there are decrease in speed of sound and increase in wavelength of sound. But its frequency do not change.
