Relationship formula between frequency and wave number is given as-

here, \bar{\nu } = wave number of a wave

         \nu = frequency of a wave

putting values of \nu in the above equation we get,

             \bar{\nu} = \frac{1}{6 \times 10^1^5} s

             \bar{\nu} = \frac{1}{6} \times 10^-^1^5 s

             \bar{\nu} = 0.17 \times 10^-^1^5 s

Therefore, wave number of given wave is 0.17 × 10⁻¹⁵ s.
