The frequency of Electromagnetic wave is inversely proportional 'f' to the radius of the particle.

Therefore

the best suited size of the particle = λ = c/v

λ=3 × 10⁻⁴ cm

3 × 10⁻⁴ cm=3 × 10⁻8/v

v=10¹⁴

However the frequency is higher than the electromagnetic wave length is smaller. So the resolution becomes better.
