The frightened soldiers fled. Their king was left upset by himself for attacking the country. Hurriedly he wrote a letter byging for peace & apologizing for attacking the country. He left this letter in the tent. Then he jumped on his horse & followed his soldiers. When the potter’s black horse reached the deserted camp it stopped with shaking hands the Potter untied feet and fell to the ground.

Why did the king left the camp? ​

The king left the camp because he was upset with the war he had outbroke. As well as he also wanted peace.
