The frog has no knowledge of music but convinces the nightingale that he is well versed in the field. This was easy for him because he knew that the bird was foolish. Nightingale doesn't use her capability to judge and evaluate sweet-tongued people. She easily believed the frog. She accepted the frog's advice of giving her the vocal training. She is killed by the evil designs of the frog who ploys her to her death.
