This means that a Labour take care of the fruits from the moment when it starts rising and this gives a hard patience and work to that and when they sell it they have some expectation with that. That how will it taste etc. And A fortune only buys it and give it to you and this have find no difficulties to do so..

What we get from hard labor is worth the gifts which we receive. The product of hard labor gives a sense of internal happiness and make a person self-reliable. Things received as gifts from the fortune come to us without any efforts and hence are not much dearer to us as compared to the fruits of hard labor. Where efforts are put, the results become much sweeter and dearer to the person.
