The given graph is a straight line.

So let us take the equation as y = mx + c

Now, find two points which lie on the graph and put it in the equation.
Two points on the graph are (0,-3) and (-5,1)

since (0,-3) lies on the graph,
-3 = m×0 + c
=> -3 = c
=> c = -3

(-5,1) lies on the graph.
1 = m ×(-5) + c
=> 1 = -5m - 3
=> 5m = -3 - 1
=> 5m = -4
=> m = -4/5

Thus, equation of line becomes:

y = -4/5 x - 3

=> 5y = -4x - 15

=> 5y + 4x + 15 = 0

\boxed{ \textbf{ \large{ \red{Equation: 5y+4x+15=0}}}}
