The function of pyloric sphincter is to prevent the backflow of food to foodpipe. Then how does vomiting happen?

opening of the stomach into duodenum is gaurded by pyloric sphincter and back flow of the food through the food pipe is gaurded by cardiac sphincter. The undigested food should be removed out of the body so we vomit
