nuclear force

bcz electrostatic force is between opposite charges. and neurones is neutral and proton is positive

it could not be weak nuclear force because protons and neutrons are inside the nucleus and it requires much energy to seperate.

and the fourth force which exist in nature is gravitational force and it exist between massive objects.

hence the answer is strong nuclear force

weak nuclear force are like radio waves.
