The fundamental rights feature is borrowed from American Constitution { USA }.

There are mainly six fundamental rights given to citizens of India. They are :

Right to Equality

Right to Freedom

Cultural and Educational right

Right to constitutional remedies

Right to Equality : According to this right every citizen is equal and no one is discriminated on the basis of caste, colour, religion, sects etc.

Right to Freedom : This right gives freedom to a citizen to live anywhere in the country. He/she should not be influenced by any one.

Right to religious freedom : This right gives freedom to practice and propagate any religion. No one should influence the citizen on religion basis.

Right against Exploitation : This right removes the exploitation in the Economy of citizen and it prohibits child labour etc.

Cultural and Educational right : According to this right every should participate in cultural activities and should be educated.

Right to constitutional remedies : This is the most important right. As, this right protects all other rights.
