the funds released by the government is really reaching to the people

it is reaching but not on that amount that much government is releasing

advantage :-

1) people who are not able to earn their livelihood they get money/ food for their living.

2)people who are below poverty line are getting benifit

3) from that fund employments are generating and unemployment people are become employed

4) roads, toilets, school, hospital etc construction done from government fund

5) from that fund the money is given to poor farmer whose production is not well

disadvantages :-

1) people are becoming lazy they don't do much hard work for their living

2) other members in line of giving fund to people take more then half of that fund

3) government forgive the tax from the farmers because they didnt produced well in which many farmers are able to give
