let no of chairs with 4 legs be x
no of stools with 3 legs be y
so
4x+3y=400
x+y=115
by solving these equations
we get
x=55
y=60
no of stools with 3 legs be y
so
4x+3y=400
x+y=115
by solving these equations
we get
x=55
y=60
