Just because developed has technology which Ganga Brahmaputra basin does not have.A country is said to be developed by its economy and although it is rich in several ways but to make it compete with the developed world is the responsibility of the government of India and thus the GOI does not have the technology so it cannot convert the nature power into economy.

Many tributaries of both Ganga and Brahmaputra resulted in its formation. The basin comprises rivers, flood plains, lakes, wetlands, deltas, etc.
