The pressure in the vessel will be 11.66 atmosphere.

From the gas law we know that,

PV = nRT

since volume and R are constant

=> P/nT = constant

=> P₂/n₂T₂ = P₁/n₁T₁

=> P₂ = P₁n₂T₂/n₁T₁

if Initial number of moles = 1 => final number of moles = 0.5

T₁ = 27°C = 273 + 27 = 300 k

T₂ = 300 + 50 = 350 k

P₁ = 20

putting the above values in the equation we get,

P₂ = 20 x 0.5 x 350/( 1 x 300)

= 3500/300

= 11.66 atm

Hence the pressure in the vessel will be 11.66 atmosphere.
