I think Carbon dioxide.....
Because during respiration our body inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide through nose and mouth respectively.
After inhaling, oxygen goes to the lungs. From there it sent to all parts of the body through blood vessels and there are different types of mechanisms process happened and by this oxygen converted into carbon dioxide and it exhaled through mouth by passing windpipe.
