The gas used in our kitchen is liquid petroleum gas (LPG).It exists in the form of liquid inside the cylinder. When it comes out of the cylinder,it becomes a gas (change-A) and then it burns (change-B). What processes take place during this time (

change A is physical change - in this change the lpg changes its states from liquid to gas and hence no new substance is formed

change B is chemical change- burning produces new substance and hence reaction cannot be reversed
