The gas X is obtained when NaCl is heated with conc. H₂SO₄. What product is formed when X is passed through hot and conc. NaOH solution?

the gas obtained when NaCl is heated with concern. H2SO4 is HCl. when HCl is passed through hot and concerns. NaOH solution the products formed are Nacl and H2O.
