The lysosomes get rid of cell waste by breaking down large molecules into smaller ones for the cell to excrete.

The cell membrane or plasma membrane helps these waste molecules exit the cell.

Explanation:

The Eukaryotic cell is highly complex in structure and each and every functions of the cell is carried out by organelles specific to it. In case of excretion two organelles are involved namely lysosomes and cell or plasma membrane.

Lysosomes is also called as suicidal bag of the cell as it is involved in digestion of worn out or damaged cell or large molecules into smaller one by secreting digestive enzymes. The smaller molecules is excreted out of the cell though cell membrane.
