i personally think that ghost aren't really ghosts they troubled souls who need someone to understand themselves... it is possible that when they alive they have gone through some major difficulties that were too difficult for them to handle brcause of which reached the point where they became ghosts...

similarities would be that both ghosts and good people is that all go through major difficulties in life.

difference would be the way they take the difficulties in a positive way or in a negative way.
