I find that the poem has a very similar quality to it as the book of Ecclesiastes- the things of this work are fleeting and ultimately of rather small value, but an experience that makes us wonder, touches us and draws our thoughts beyond our everyday troubles, beyond the physical realm- that is a gift which is truly precious.
