=> a = -20/5000

100b = 0
=> b = 0
y = -x²/250 + 10
10 ft left or right from the midpoint of the bridge
=> x = -10 or 10
=> y = - (10)²/250 + 10
=> y = - 100/250 + 10
=> y = 9.6
height of the bridge at 10ft to the left or right from the midpoint of the bridge = 9.6 ft
