First of all let's know about voices.

There are 2 kinds of voices.

1. Active voice
2. Passive voice

Active voice : Active voice refers to such sentences which doesn't have any verbal change.These kinds of sentences are usually used by us.

1. I do the work.
2. I am doing my homework.
3. I have done it.

Passive voice : Passive voice refers to such sentences which have verbal change.These kinds of sentences are typical sentences in English language.

1. The work is done by me.
2. My homework is being done by me.
3. It has been done by me.

Solution

→ Active voice : The girl has done the work.

➝ Passive voice : The work has been done by the girl.

[Note : Changing Active to Passive voice, verbal changes are observed but change in tenses aren't observed. ]
