Given:-

  • ABCD is a Rectangle, AB = DC => 10cm & AD = BC => 6cm.
  • E,F,G,H are Midpoints of AB, BC, CD & AD respectively.

To Find:-

  • Area of Rectangle Shaded Region.

Solution:-

Let The Center of GE & HF be O

  • DG = GC
  • CF = FB

DG+GC = DC

→ 2GC = 10

→ GC = 10/2

→ GC = 5cm.

CF+FB = BC

→ 2CF = 6

→ CF = 6/2

→ CF = 3cm.

\boxed{\sf{☆\;Area\;of\; Rectangle = Length×Breadth}}

Area of Rectangle GOFC = GC×CF

→ 5×3

15cm²

  • Area of Shaded Region ➝ \pink{\bold{15cm²}}

\Large{✓}

Hope It Helps You ✌️
