Perimeter of a circle = 2πr

radius of outer semicircle = \frac{24}{2}=12cm

radius of inner semicircle = \frac{12}{2} = 6cm

Since, perimeter of a circle is 2πr then of a semicircle is \frac{2piR}{2} = πr

So, outer semicircle = πr =3.14×12 = 37.68cm

      inner semicircle = πr = 3.14×6 = 18.84cm

And 24-12 = 12cm

∴ Total perimeter is 37.68+18.84+12 = 68.52cm
