To find : Length of Chord PQ

Solution:

Radius =  5cm

O is center of Circle

=> OP = OQ = Radius = 5 cm

OX  = cm

OX ia altitude on PQ

=> X is mid point of PQ

=> PX = QX = PQ/2

PX² = OP² - OX²

=> PX² = 5² - 3²

=> PX² = 16

=> PX = 4

=> PQ = 2 * 4 = 8 cm

Length of Chord PQ = 8 cm
