In the lawn;

length= 10m

breadth= 5m

so, area of lawn= l*b

= 10m* 5m

= 50 sq. m

In the flower bed:

radius= 2m

so, area= πr^2

= 3.14 * 2m * 2m

= 12.56 sq. m

Hence, area of lawn excluding the area of flower bed = Area of lawn- Area of flower bed

= 50 sq. m - 12.56 sq. m

= 37.44 sq. m
