Answer:

AB = AC GIVEN

BP = CQ GIVEN

HENCE BP + PQ = CQ +PQ

HENCE BQ = CP

ANGLE B = ANGLE C ( ANGLES OPPOSITE TO EQUAL SIDES)

Triangle ABQ = Triangle ACP (SAS)
