Explanation:

Glowing of a bulb is a physical change. When electric current is passed through the bulb, the filament starts glowing and the glow stops as soon as we stop the current. Here, the change is temporary ,no new products are formed and there is no chemical change in the tungsten of the filament

Glowing of heater or bulb is a physical change. when electric current is passed through the heater and bulb, the filament starts growing and the glow stops as soon as we stop the current. Here, the change is temporary, no new products are formed and there is no chemical change in the tungsten of the filament.

so when we switch on a heater or a bulb electrons is the tungsten wire get excited and release in energy in terms of photons. In all, there is just a temporary rise in temperature and release energy in the form of light... Hence, glowing of a heater or a bulb is a physical type of change.
