Answer:
The Golden Age of Youth
Youth in every man’s life is considered golden age. There is immense natural energy, idealism, hope, optimism in his heart. In youth one feels like touching the stars; diving unto the deepest level in the seas, and will to do the impossible. A young man is bubbling with physical, mental, and spiritual energy. This energy slowly dwindles away as one grows old.
The process of chasing dreams, career, and aspirations begins at this age. However, not everyone is capable of channeling this abundant energy towards meaningful purposes.
In my youth, I also felt this youthful energy and channeled it towards learning many skills. I was exceedingly interested in learning cricketing skills. I was amazed to find that I could do the hardest of physical training and toughest physical regimes.
Later on I used the same youthful energy in studies and acquired knowledge in various subjects.
So, one must use the youthful energy optimally and in the right direction.
