I ----- wanna complaint you about the nuisance and disturbance which is to handle by me and many others. As per government laws it is strictly banned to use loudspeakers. It may harms the heart patients or disturbs everybody. It also makes fear in the animals. I get much disturb due to nuisance and can't focus on my studies. It is humbly requested to you please solve this problem by complaining to government of India.I must be obliged to you for this..
