The government of india has provided reservation for schedule cast schedule tribes and other backward class are these reservation against the rights to freedom of speech??

No, I don't think so Since majority of people in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha supported it. It is not against right of speech. Right to speech means that everybody have rights to freedom of opposition and in support. So majority of people supported it. Therefore How can it be against right of freedom of speech.?

I think this reservation would be a lot helpful for poor people of schedule castes. It would benefit them as well as the whole nation like for example in relation to jobs or studies earlier the schedule castes were not able to be get admission in good universities or good jobs though they deserved it more than the STs and SCs since ST and SC had high reservations. It would be helpful for jobless schedule casters.
