India is a country of strikes! Strikes are one of the main reasons behind India’s slow development. National goals such as overall development, strong economy, technological advancement, advancement in education, self-reliance in manufacturing, etc. cannot be achieved until the people of our nation stop going on strikes.

The Government owned departments, organizations, and units are more afflicted with the problem of strikes. Strikes happen because of the poor Government policies. There is no strictness, accountability, and sense of responsibility among the people working in the Government run departments. In the absence of strict rules and regulations Government employees take their jobs for granted; as a result the entire nation suffers.

The Government should make strict rules and regulations and strikes should be banned. Only, then our country can hope to become a developed and prosperous nation.
