Today in 21st century, in modern world where men and women equally contribute in each and every field whether it is Air Force, Navy, Army, politics and so on. But instead in some countries condition of women is not improved much. Even they do not have right to equality and freedom to speech. Women plays a very crucial role in country's progress.

But some people think that women can do only household work and treated them as a burden. In modernize world women are not empowered successfully.

The given bar graph clearly illustrate that eve n in 21st century status of women is not equal to that of men when it comes to occupying higher position in various occupation.

The graph shows the percentage of women in National parliament of different countries,.

The graph visualizes that the lowest number of women in National Parliament is seen in Arab states, approximately 3.6%, where inn contrast in Western Countries 38.1% woman was seen in National Parliament. While in Sub-saharan Africa, 11% women are in National Parliament which is slightly better than Arab. In Arabian countries, very hardly a year ago women get right to vote, so seats or reservation in National Parliament is very far for them

The number of women in Parliament is not encouraged in world and Pacific where it is 13.5% and 13.8% respectively. While percentage of women in Parliament is almost equal in America, Asia and European countries except western countries which is 15.3%, 15.3% and 13.8% respectively.
