The given equation of line is

5 x - 3 y =10

It meets x axis at the point where y=0 i.e suppose at the point (a,0).

Line, 5 x - 3 y =10 passes through (a,0).

5 ×a - 3 × 0= 10

→ 5 a  = 10

Dividing both sides by 5, we get

\frac{5\times a}{5}=\frac{10}{5}

a=2

So, the line  5x – 3y = 10  cuts  x-axis at the point (2,0).

Option ( 3 )→ [2,0] is true.
