I would reccomend you to watch attack on titans before hunter x hunter

Attack on titans(Japanese name=shingeki no kyojin)

because it will make you hyped right from the first episode

on the other hand

Hunter x Hunter

it was one of the best shounen anime and it has one of the most realistic fights but it has few boring episodes(don't get me wrong for ex-Naruto series has great fight and very amazing fights like naruto vs pain , naruto vs sasuke and the list goes on but it also had few boring filler episodes hxh is also like that)
