The Graph of the equation y = x is very simple. It is a straight line passing through the Origin O(0,0)

This line will have EQUAL co-ordinates for all the points lying on it. It will have the point of the following form.

(0,0)

(1,1) , (2,2), (3,3), .....

(-1, -1) , (-2, -2) , .....

Answer:

y=x mean it passes through origin coz we can write it as 0,0 which is on origin
