Number of zeros of a polynomial in a graph can simply be found by seeing the number of times when the x line cuts or touches the x axis

So here, the number of times the line cuts the x axis is 3 times, so the number of Zeros of the polynomial is 3 zeros

So now the polynomial can either be a quadratic or cubic polynomial as it has 3 zeros.
