We have,

6x-2y+9=0

and 3x-y+12=0

Here, A1=6, B1=-2 , and C1=9

A2=3, B2=-1, and C2=12

A1/A2=6/3=2/1 , B1/B2=-2/-1=2/1 , C1/C2=9/12=3/4

Clearly, A1/A2=B1/B2 is not equal to C1/C2

Hence, the given system has no solution and the line are parallel.
