The gravitational force between two objects is 100 N. How should the distance between these object be changed so that the force between them becomes 50 N?​

⛄ Given that,

★ F1 = 100 N

★ F2= 50 N

Therefore, if r1 is the original distance and r2 is the distance between the two objects, then

F\:  \alpha  \:  \frac{1}{r^{2} }

=> F1/F2 = [r2/r1]²

=>F1/F2 = 100/50

=>F1/F2 = 2

=>r2/r1 = √2 r1.

i.e, the distance between the objects should be increased to 2 times.
