the gravitational force between two point objects when separated by distance r is F .if mass of each object is made 2 times and separation between them is doubled what is the new force

Heres ur answer..

According to Newton's universal law of gravitation force between two objects is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. So the required gravitational force is F/{(1/2)^2} = 4F
