actually gravitational force depend on mass and square of radius ,which is always positive .so, gravitational force always positive . we assume if positive force is attractive then, gravitational is always positive. but in case of electrostatic and magnetic force both depend upon charge .we know charge have attractive or repulsive both phenomena,so electrostatic and magnetic force attractive or repulsive
