The great scientist Albert Einstein said, I speak to everyone in the same way,
whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university.
What do you think he meant by this?

Hello Mate

Einstein was quoted in a similar way, “I speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the garbage man or the president of the university.”Respect is one of the most important things in life to create peace, healthy relationships, and to make this world a better place to live in. Respect starts with you; it requires that you first respect yourself in order to respect others. Respect is a universal language.Unfortunately, lack of respect is not unusual in the workplace, and in most places. For instance, a Gallup poll of more than one million employed U.S. workers concluded that the number one reason people quit their jobs is because of a bad boss or immediate supervisor. A main factor of this statistic is that a large number of people lack self-awareness, which means that people do not realize how their disrespectful ways create a toxic environment and how it all negatively affects the people around them. This lack of self-awareness causes employers unnecessary high turnover and financial loses.

Thanks
